Electronic Engineer (R&D)

Role Overview

We are seeking an Electronic Engineer (R&D) to design, develop, test, and validate electronic hardware for sensor products and related components. The role involves hands-on circuit design, PCB development, hardware testing, and troubleshooting throughout the product development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuits.
• Develop microcontroller-based hardware and PCB layouts.
• Perform component selection, prototyping, and design optimization.
• Conduct hardware testing, verification, and validation.
• Troubleshoot hardware issues and perform failure analysis and FMEA.
• Conduct EMI/EMC testing and root cause investigations.
• Collaborate with suppliers, customers, and cross-functional teams.
• Manage project deliverables and prepare technical documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Physics, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Preferably 3 years of experience in R&D or product development.
• Candidates with strong academic backgrounds, practical engineering projects, internships, or relevant technical competencies are encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge of analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuit design.
• Familiarity with microcontrollers, PCB design, EMI/EMC, and FMEA.
• Hands-on experience with oscilloscopes, multimeters, and laboratory testing.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a team.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
