Communications Manager(FS) - 12 Months Contract - up to SGD 12k

Ready to drive the narrative for a leading global wealth management institution? We are looking for a high-performing Communications Manager to lead senior stakeholder engagement, strategic change initiatives, and external brand reputation. Job Responsibilities: Shape, manage, and execute comprehensive customer communication plans for major business transformations, ensuring clear governance and messaging consistency across all touchpoints. Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite and senior stakeholders. Draft high-impact speeches, thought-leadership articles, executive notes, and social media content to drive media presence and stakeholder engagement. Partner with business leaders to create engaging, two-way employee communication programs. Produce compelling campaigns and success stories that align teams with strategic priorities and elevate local wins to global channels. Build strong media relationships, draft proactive press briefs, and craft compelling corporate narratives to showcase strategic milestones. Safeguard organizational reputation by developing and executing strategic crisis communication plans during high-pressure situations. Job Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Business, or a related field. 10+ years of corporate communications, PR, or media relations experience (Financial Services / Private Banking experience preferred). Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders in complex, matrixed environments. Exceptional content creation skills, including executive storytelling, multi-media assets, and social media content. Strategic agility, crisis management expertise, and a collaborative, growth-oriented mindset.
