Change Management Lead - 12 Months Contract - SGD11k

Your tasks

We are looking for a highly driven proactive Change Management Lead. In this role, you will develop and execute change management initiatives for a major organisational transformation, focusing on employee engagement, communications, and business readiness to ensure a smooth transition.

• Develop and execute the change management plan, including key activities, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Assess the impact of organisational changes on employees, processes, and ways of working, identifying potential risks and readiness gaps.
• Develop and coordinate employee communications, FAQs, town halls, and engagement activities to ensure clear and consistent messaging.
• Collaborate with HR, Communications, and business teams to align change initiatives, identify training needs, and coordinate awareness and readiness activities.
• Monitor change progress, provide regular management updates, support employee adoption, and address concerns throughout the transformation.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of relevant experience in change management, business transformation, or project management, with proven experience supporting organisational change initiatives or transformation programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills, with the ability to engage effectively across different functions and levels of seniority.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and engage confidently with senior management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, with strong presentation, reporting, and analytical skills.
• Experience in financial services or insurance is preferred; a recognised change management certification is an advantage.
