Tailor

Responsibilities:

Take accurate measurements of clients to determine fitting and design requirements. Advise clients on garment styles, fabrics, patterns, and design modifications. Conduct fitting sessions with clients to mark, pin, and adjust garments for a precise fit. Press and steam finished garments to remove wrinkles and ensure a polished presentation. Inspect garments carefully for quality, stitching accuracy, and adherence to design specifications before client pickup. Operate and maintain sewing machines, sergers, irons, shears, and other tailoring tools. Keep track of tailoring supplies (threads, needles, zippers, buttons, interfacings) and maintain a clean, organised workspace.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification of SSCE. 2 years of previous experience in a similar role.
