Your core responsibilities will include: Managing and executing comprehensive financial accounting tasks , ensuring accuracy and compliance with established standards.

Conducting in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and identify areas for optimization.

Overseeing financial management activities , including budgeting, forecasting, and expense tracking.

Proficiently utilizing Microsoft Office Suite and other essential office tools to streamline workflows and generate critical reports.

Contributing to business administration efforts , ensuring smooth operational flow and adherence to financial policies.

Developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and clients, through effective follow-up and communication.

Preparing and presenting detailed financial reports , providing actionable insights to management.

Ensuring timely and accurate reconciliation of accounts and resolving any discrepancies efficiently.

Skills & Technologies: You will leverage your expertise in a wide array of skills, from core accounting principles to advanced analytical techniques. Proficiency in Financial Accounting , Financial Management , and Financial Analysis is paramount. Your command of the Microsoft Office Suite , including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, will be essential for daily operations and reporting. Experience That Excites Us: A minimum of 3-7 years of progressive experience in an accounting or finance role, demonstrating a strong track record of success. We are looking for an Experienced professional ready to hit the ground running.

Preferred a previous experience in Automotive field.

Mastery of Core Financial Skills: Exceptional proficiency in Accounting and Financial Accounting principles , practices, and regulations.

Proven expertise in Financial Analysis and Financial Management , including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

Strong ability in Follow Up , ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Technological Acumen: Advanced command of the Microsoft Office suite , particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Familiarity with various Office Tools and Office Programs to enhance productivity.

Business Savvy: A solid understanding of Business Administration principles.

Exposure to Business Development and Key Account Management concepts is a plus.

An understanding of Internet Marketing principles, as they relate to financial reporting, is advantageous.

Analytical Excellence: Demonstrated ability to analyze complex financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
