*Moose Jaw Hyundai* is seeking a *motivated and results-driven Automotive Sales Representative* to join our growing Hyundai team in Moose Jaw, SK. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and achieving sales success in a fast-paced dealership environment.
As a Sales Representative, you will guide customers through the vehicle purchasing process, identify their needs, and present tailored solutions while representing the Hyundai brand with professionalism and integrity.
*Key Responsibilities*
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the sales process
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate new and pre-owned Hyundai vehicles as well as non-Hyundai branded used vehicles
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Hyundai products, features, and financing options
- Follow up with leads, appointments, and previous customers to maximize sales opportunities
- Conduct vehicle walk-arounds, test drives, and product demonstrations
- Negotiate and close vehicle sales while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with management, finance, and marketing teams to achieve dealership goals
- Stay informed on automotive industry trends, Hyundai updates, and competitive offerings
*Qualifications & Skills*
- Previous automotive sales experience is an asset, but not required
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Self-motivated with a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Valid driver?s license and clean driving record
