What We're Looking For :

• Minimum high school, diploma or equivalent.
• Detail-oriented, honest, proficient in quick calculations, and skilled in using cashier systems/ESB.
• Possesses good communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a service-oriented mindset; ready to work shifts and under pressure.

What You'll Do :

• Operate the ESB system and process cash and cashless payments (QRIS, cards, e-wallets).
• Greet customers, take orders, and provide information on the menu or promotions.
• Perform cash counts (at the start and end of shifts) and accurately compile daily sales reports.
• Coordinate with other departments regarding order status and maintain the cleanliness of the floor area.
