Accounting Senior Consultant

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Professional certifications such as Brevet A & B, CPA, or CA are an advantage.
• Minimum 4–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a public accounting firm or outsourcing services.
• Proven experience in preparing and reviewing financial statements, managing multiple client accounts, and ensuring tax compliance.
• Strong knowledge of PSAK, IFRS, and Indonesian tax regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Accurate, Xero, etc.) and MS Excel.
• Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Lead accounting engagements from bookkeeping to final financial reporting.
• Review work prepared by junior and associate staff.
• Liaise with clients for monthly closing, tax filings, and audits.
• Provide accounting advisory to clients.
• Coordinate with other service lines (Tax, Payroll, EOR) to deliver integrated solutions.
