We are currently looking for your talent as an ¡Operations Analyst! Work area: Cuauhtémoc, CDMX (hybrid modality). Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Administration, Communication, Business, or related (completed or in progress). Experience from 1 year in customer service or administrative roles. Proficiency in Excel (advanced). Indispensable proficiency in intermediate-advanced English (conversational). Main responsibilities: You will work alongside other Operations Analysts in a collaborative environment where sharing knowledge, supporting each other, and improving processes is part of the daily routine. In collaboration with our Tax teams, you will support the processing, tracking, and reporting of tax filings to keep them moving, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely filing.
