Work area: Cuauhtémoc, CDMX (hybrid modality).

Job Objective:

To lead strategically, promoting innovation, sustainable growth, and alignment with organizational objectives. To ensure the implementation of initiatives that drive performance, organizational culture, and operational excellence.

Requirements:

• Professional degree.
• Postgraduate/MBA.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic leadership positions.
• Verifiable experience in managing large teams and operations.
• Proficiency in agile methodologies and innovation frameworks.
• Skill in data analysis and performance indicators.
• Experience in corporate governance and compliance.
• Advanced conversational English (indispensable).
• Proven track record of outstanding results in market segment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the area's vision and strategy, aligned with the company's strategic planning.
• Manage and optimize processes to ensure efficiency and innovation.
• Represent the company in strategic negotiations, events, and interactions with stakeholders.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
