Working Hours:
- Monday to Thursday from 8:30 am to 7:00 pm
- Friday from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Comercio Internacional, Negocios Internacionales, Administración, Logística or related fields.
- Experience from 1 to 2 years in a similar position, in import and export processes.
- Basic knowledge in tariff classification, international contracts, and international transport.
- English proficiency (basic to intermediate).
Indispensable knowledge in:
- Customs regulations, and import and export procedures (Anexo 22, Ley aduanera).
- Softwares and systems related to foreign trade (VUCEM, captura de manifestación de valor, SAT, SE, among others)
Main responsibilities:
- Immediate follow-up of international shipments.
- Custody and management of seals, stamps, and access credentials for customs and port systems (VUCEM, DHL, NAVIERAS, client portals).
- Drafting of letters for customs, manifestaciones de valor, carta porte.
- Integration of files with fiscal and customs documentation.
- Direct communication with clients, customs, and carriers.
- Manage and coordinate the shipment of goods.
- Prepare necessary documentation for international trade.
- Perform follow-up of international operations.
- Assist in compliance with customs regulations.
- Attend to international clients and suppliers.
- Monitor transport and logistics costs.
- Stay updated on international trade regulations and trends.
- Collaborate with the sales and purchasing departments.
