Relationship Manager Accountancy International Desk - Oldenzaal
Working internationally without stepping onto an airplane. That is exactly what you do as a relationship manager at the International Desk in Oldenzaal. Does this make you happy? Then this might just be your new place. Close to home, with a view across the border.
You interact with ‘cross-border’ entrepreneurs – Dutch clients with activities in Germany and German companies with interests in the Netherlands – and help them move forward with clear figures, concrete insights, and good advice. You do not need to speak fluent German. In fact: English is often the working language. And if you do have an affinity with the German language or culture, that is a bonus.
What do you do as a relationship manager accountancy - International Desk? As a relationship manager accountancy, you are the point of contact for a diverse group of our clients. You work independently on compilation engagements, supervise assistants, and discuss outcomes with clients. In collaboration with other specialists, you provide advice on various financial issues. From a down-to-earth Twents office with a sense of humor, you work in a dynamic region where the business community does not let itself be limited by borders.
Your activities at a glance: You coordinate the compilation work and are responsible for the planning, execution, and reporting of all activities in your client portfolio (national and international clients within the Netherlands and Germany).
You are the first point of contact for the client.
You proactively inform and advise your clients on financial issues and on optimizing and digitizing administrative processes.
You are deployed for special, multidisciplinary assignments, such as subsidy statements, business acquisitions, and other special assignments.
You motivate, supervise, and coach assistant accountants in their personal and professional development and ensure a pleasant working atmosphere in our informal teams.
You share responsibility for the budget and are active in retaining existing clients and finding new clients.
