Senior Audit Associate

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute audit engagements in accordance with professional standards and company policies.
• Assess financial and operational risks, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Prepare accurate and timely audit reports, summarizing findings and recommendations.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and provide valuable insights.
• Mentor and supervise junior audit staff, fostering their professional development.
• Stay updated with latest accounting standards, auditing guidelines, and industry trends.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and trust.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field; CA, ACCA, or equivalent certification preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in audit and assurance services, ideally within a reputable firm.
• Strong knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and auditing standards.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in audit software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of working collaboratively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high ethical standards and confidentiality.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple engagements simultaneously.
