What You?ll Be Doing:

• *Customer Experience:* Greet customers with a smile, guide them through our product range, and offer personalized recommendations.
• *Cannabis Education:* Share your expertise on different cannabis products, helping customers find the perfect fit for their needs.
• *Sales & Transactions:* Handle cash and electronic payments accurately while managing the day-to-day flow of the store.
• *Inventory & Store Upkeep:* Keep our shelves stocked and store neat, tidy, and compliant with all regulations.
• *Team Support:* Collaborate with your team, follow security protocols, and help maintain a safe, welcoming atmosphere.

What We?re Looking For:

• *Experience:* At least 3 years in customer service (minimum 1 year of cannabis retail experience).
• *Tech-Savvy:* Comfortable using Microsoft tools and point-of-sale systems.
• *CannSell Certified:* Must have completed CannSell training
• *Reliable & Flexible:* Punctual, able to work shifts (including evenings/weekends), and ready for a fast-paced environment.
• *Legal & Compliant:* 19+ years old, legally eligible to work in Canada, and able to pass a background and police check.
• *Positive Attitude:* Eager to learn, a strong team player, and ready to grow in the cannabis industry.

Pay: $18.00-$19.50 per hour
