Your tasks

Scope of Work

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across Kacamatamoo and other Group business entities.
• Develop recruitment strategies to support business expansion and new outlet openings.
• Partner with hiring managers to identify manpower needs and recruitment priorities.
• Monitor recruitment progress, KPIs, and hiring timelines.
• Prepare recruitment reports and continuously improve sourcing effectiveness

Requirements

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR, or related fields.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
• Experience in Healthcare, Retail, Hospitality, or F&B industries is highly preferred.
• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment for both operational and corporate positions.
• Strong sourcing, screening, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent conversational English.
• Target-oriented and able to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
