Operations Supervisor – Factory & Installation

About the company

Montrosa Pte Ltd with our Magnetite brand fits retrofit secondary glazing onto existing windows to cut noise and heat in homes, hospitals and commercial buildings across Singapore. We make every unit in our own factory and install it with our own team. We’re a growing company, and we’re looking for a hands-on supervisor to lead the crew.

Your tasks

Lead our crew in the factory and on site, and install alongside them

What you’ll do

• Lead the production and installation team: set daily priorities, assign crews, and keep standards and punctuality high
• Take check measurements on site and prepare accurate production sheets
• Install with the team and make sure every job is finished properly
• Solve problems on site quickly and calmly
• Send crews out for service calls and follow-ups when needed
• Check quality before anything leaves the factory and make sure everyone follows safety rules
• Keep the Managing Director updated on progress and any issues

Requirements

What we’re looking for

• Must have a valid Class 3 driving licence
• At least three years installing windows, glazing, aluminium, carpentry or fit-out, including time leading a small team
• Precise measurer who can read drawings
• Confident fixing problems on site without waiting to be told
• Calm, fair leader who sets the example
• Comfortable using WhatsApp and a phone for job updates and photos

• S$4,000 – S$5,000 per month, depending on experience
