pathologists' assistant

Responsibilities:

• Assisting the Lead Baker with mixing, bread and pastry production, and baking tasks.
• Occasional general help around the Bakery, including packing, slicing and cleaning tasks.

Skills:

• Basic math skills. (For ingredient scaling, weight conversion.)
• Ability to converse in English.
• High school degree.
• Baking / cooking experience a bonus, but not necessary.
• Ability to lift 20 kg.

Training will be offered!

Work hours will be Monday to Friday, approximately 7pm - 2am, flexibility appreciated. Hours will likely be higher in the summer, and less in the winter.

Salary: starting at $19.50 per hour while undergoing training. Wage can (and usually does) increase after a performance review, which will occur after around two - three months of work. Benefits (HSA) are offered after one year of service.
