We are looking to integrate a Service Manager into our team with strategic vision, leadership, and a business focus, who will contribute to the growth and strengthening of our service and after-sales operation.

JOB OBJECTIVE

Lead the global strategy of the service and after-sales area, ensuring an efficient and profitable operation, high quality standards, and an excellent experience for our clients. The position will have responsibility over workshop teams, field technicians, service executives, account executives, and technical training.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the operation of workshops and field technical service.
• Manage budget, costs, revenue, and profitability of the area.
• Design and follow up on strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Develop and negotiate maintenance contracts with corporate clients.
• Strengthen relationships with strategic clients and handle critical service situations.
• Supervise productivity indicators, preventive maintenance, equipment availability, and customer satisfaction.
• Implement improvements in processes, management systems, and technological tools.
• Supervise warranty claims with manufacturers.
• Develop technical talent through training and career plans.
• Promote a solid culture of safety and compliance with procedures.
• Analyze information and KPIs for decision-making and continuous improvement.

PROFILE WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related degree. Master's degree in Administration, Operations, or Project Management is desirable. 5 to 8 years of experience in management or direction positions in service, after-sales, or maintenance. Desirable experience in forklifts, heavy machinery, or the automotive sector. Knowledge of budgets, costs, margins, and financial administration. Experience with performance indicators and continuous improvement. Negotiation skills and management of corporate clients. Leadership of multidisciplinary teams. Strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making. Orientation toward results, customer service, and team development.
