Working at Monta

You are our new Project Leader who will guide our international (English-speaking) customers in connecting to MontaWMS. During these projects, you will guide your customers in organizing their logistics processes within MontaWMS. You start by inventorying their requirements. You align these with the Monta standard way of working, and with good ideas, you guide the feature requests for adjustments to MontaWMS. You fulfill a dynamic role with a lot of variety.

In addition to guiding this project, you will also travel to customers abroad to guide the transition on-site. Therefore, you are also strong in transferring knowledge and expertise. You know how to explain complex processes clearly and bring customers along in changes.

About Monta

Monta handles logistics for more than 3000 webshops. From more than 20 e-commerce warehouses, we process and ship thousands of orders daily both domestically and internationally.

In the coming years, we will expand further into countries such as Germany, France, and the United Kingdom. Our own WMS forms the basis for scalable international growth.

About the role

As IT Project Leader Crossborder, you guide international implementations of our WMS. You ensure that new customers, warehouses, and teams successfully make the transition to MontaWMS.

You work closely with customers, operations, IT, and product teams and are regularly present on-site abroad during implementations, training, and go-lives.

You switch easily between technology, operations, and customer interests and maintain an overview in dynamic situations. At the same time, you continuously think along about how implementations can be organized more smartly, efficiently, and predictably.
