Commercial Operations Coordinator (Back Office) – Real Estate Sector

This position is not focused on sales. We are looking for a professional to coordinate the commercial back office, follow up on real estate projects, directly support the Sales Manager, and ensure the correct administrative execution of each process. We are looking for a professional with a high level of organization and follow-up to provide strategic support to the Commercial Manager. They will be responsible for coordinating projects, following up with clients, controlling indicators, preparing commercial proposals, and ensuring the correct administrative execution of each business. This position combines functions of commercial coordination, project management, and process administration.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate the follow-up of commercial projects
• Provide direct support to the Commercial Manager
• Prepare proposals, quotes, and executive presentations
• Coordinate meetings with clients and providers
• Follow up on schedules, pending items, and commitments
• Prepare commercial reports and indicators
• Coordinate contractual and administrative documentation
• Keep the CRM and databases updated
• Coordinate different areas to ensure project compliance
• Identify opportunities for process improvement

Requisitos

• Bachelor's degree in Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial, Economía, Finanzas, or a related field
• 2 to 4 years of experience in commercial coordination, project management, consulting, operations, or back office
• Excellent handling of Excel and PowerPoint
• Advanced English (indispensable) .

Requerimientos

• Minimum education: University 2 years of experience
• Languages: English
• Knowledge: Oracle, Sap b1
• Driver's licenses: automobiles / carros
