The Mid-level BP will promote healthy and high-performance environments through consultative action, oriented toward data and aligned with Monks' organizational culture.

Responsibilities and assignments

In your daily work, you will be responsible for:

Acting in strategic consultancy for leadership, offering insights on climate, performance, and team development.

Acting in the continuous review of the area's structure, evaluating client needs and people's capabilities, aiming for the best utilization of the team.

Using data and insights to support more grounded decision-making, in addition to influencing the continuous improvement of the quality and relevance of the collected data.

Diagnosing and proposing engagement, development, and talent retention actions, based on data and HR indicators.

Conducting analyses of organizational risks and opportunities, prioritizing sustainable actions aligned with the company's culture.

Supporting the resolution of complex cases with strategic impact, promoting healthy work environments.

Monitoring handover processes, team changes, and performance calibration, ensuring consistency and risk mitigation.

Fostering and facilitating actions to strengthen organizational culture, aligning values and practices between teams and leadership.

Contributing to succession, recognition, training, mentoring, and feedback programs.

Ensuring the compliance of people management practices with internal policies and applicable legislation.

Supporting inclusion, diversity, mental health, and recruitment initiatives in partnership with specialist areas.

Building and maintaining relationships of trust with internal stakeholders, facilitating strategic dialogues and workshops.

Requirements and qualifications

Working in the area, it is expected that you have:

Completed higher education in Psychology, Administration, HR Management, or related areas;

Post-graduate degree or MBA in Strategic People Management, Organizational Development, or related fields;

Previous experience as an HRBP or in organizational development areas;

Experience with people analytics tools and management by indicators.

Language: Intermediate/advanced English.
