Job Description:
The media manager needs to have a strategic profile, analytical thinking, and strong leadership skills, oriented towards results and innovation. This is the person responsible for leading the team, developing integrated strategies, and ensuring effective deliveries.
Main responsibilities:
Media execution and strategy:
Plan, defend, and supervise online and offline media strategies, ensuring deliveries are consistent with the communication and business objectives of clients.
Translate briefings into multichannel tactical media plans, considering segmentation, consumer journey, and campaign KPIs.
Monitoring of campaign/broadcast schedules.
Supervise the technical implementation of campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, DV360, programmatic media, social media, and traditional vehicles.
Manage media budgets strategically, focusing on investment efficiency and optimization of results.
Perform critical reading of results and generation of insights, supported by BI tools, dashboards, and analytical reports.
Act in the relationship with clients and suppliers (vehicles, tech partners, platforms), ensuring fluid communication, quality deliveries, and advantageous negotiations.
Develop campaign reports with quantitative and qualitative data analysis, analysis of competitors' media actions, and generation of insights;
Presentation of final documents and campaign monitoring.
Lead media meetings with the client and conduct presentations.
Cross-account view:
Ensure financial control;
Ensure control of yearly agreements;
Ensure the execution and application of the learning agenda;
Team development:
Leadership and management of the media team, defining roles, responsibilities, objectives, and guiding the performance of activities and delivery of results;
Identify technical and behavioral gaps in the team, proposing individual and collective development plans.
Stimulate internal knowledge exchange and the application of best practices, promoting feedback routines and technical updates.
Actively participate in recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluation processes for the media team.
Be a technical and strategic point of reference for the team, acting with a consultative and empathetic posture.
Support:
Be attentive to creation and production developments, ensuring that media delivery is aligned with the produced pieces and formats.
Support agency leadership in presenting results, building proposals, and strategic alignment with key clients.
Work together with areas such as BI, creation, and account management, ensuring synergy in integrated flows and deliveries.
Stay updated on new technologies, media trends, and consumer behavior, contributing to the innovation of proposed solutions.

Requirements and Qualifications:
Solid knowledge of media concepts.
+6 years of experience in media;
Familiarity with the local Brazilian market, considering regional planning;
Experience with digital platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, DV360);
Experience in collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop planning;
Knowledge in AD or VBS;
Knowledge of media tools (Instar, Monitor, Comscore, and TGI);
Knowledge in planning, buying, and compensation of TV Aberta;
Intermediate/advanced English for reports and meetings;
Solid project management and organization skills;
Track record in managing people development.
