Work tasks: The duties of an Asian cuisine chef include the following: preparing and cooking Asian dishes, with a focus on Indian cuisine; the proper use of Indian spices and ingredients; planning, preparing, and presenting food in accordance with restaurant standards; and ensuring hygiene, food safety, and kitchen cleanliness.
