Content Owner
overview
The content owner owns the day-to-day management of Mondia’s gaming, music, and video content across multiple operators and tenants worldwide, ensuring content is onboarded, maintained, and available to end users at consistent quality. Beyond operations, the role uses performance data to identify which content resonates with users, advises the product manager on promotion and portfolio decisions, and engages content partners to secure more of what performs. The role is the main point of contact for all content management topics and works closely with the product team and stakeholders across regions.
Requirements
Content operations
Onboard, maintain, and quality-assure gaming, music, and video content across all operators and tenants.
Review and correct content metadata to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency across catalogues.
Coordinate content ingestion through the appropriate platforms and resolve ingestion or availability issues end to end.
Maintain and update music playlists and keep catalogues current across all verticals.
Manage content-related stories, tickets, and bug reports through the JIRA-based delivery process.
Performance & insights
Monitor and analyze content performance using analytics tools to identify top-performing and under-performing content.
Advise the product manager on which content to promote, feature, or retire, based on data and user behavior.
Provide regular performance reporting and contribute insights to content roadmaps and campaign planning.
Partner engagement
Act as the main point of contact for content partners and publishers on operational topics.
Share performance insights with partners and request content aligned with proven demand.
Coordinate partner content requests, updates, and releases.
Cross-functional support
Support product, marketing, platform, and engineering teams on product launches, promotional campaigns, and content requests.
Contribute to continuous improvement of content processes and tooling.
Work with stakeholders across regions (company language: English).

Experience with content management and content ingestion platforms (CMS).
Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence.
Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel.
Working knowledge of product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Google Analytics).
Understanding of content metadata standards and catalogue quality principles.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, media, marketing, communications, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience in digital content management.
Experience
Minimum 3 years in digital content operations or content management; 5+ years preferred given the role’s breadth as the single point of contact for content.
Hands-on experience with digital content platforms in gaming, music, video, or OTT.
Demonstrated ability to work with data: analyzing content or product performance and turning it into clear recommendations.
Experience coordinating with external partners, publishers, or vendors.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Experience working with global, multi-region stakeholders is a plus.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
