Summary
We are seeking an Associate Dentist to join our dynamic team at Monarch Dentistry. In this role, you will provide high-quality dental care while collaborating with our experienced team to ensure the best outcomes for our patients. Your expertise will be vital in maintaining our commitment to personalized treatment and clinical excellence.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose oral health conditions.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences.
- Provide a range of dental services, including preventive, restorative, and cosmetic procedures.
- Educate patients on oral health practices and the importance of regular dental visits.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to ensure efficient patient care.
- Maintain accurate patient records using Dentrix or other practice management software.
Requirements
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
- Active dental license in Ontario.
- Strong knowledge of dental procedures.
- Experience with dentrix software is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for patient care.
