Export Area Manager

Develop and implement export sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.

Manage and develop existing export markets while identifying and opening new international markets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with international customers, distributors, and business partners.

Conduct market research and analyze market trends, customer needs, competitors, and potential business opportunities.

Prepare sales forecasts, market plans, and periodic performance reports.

Negotiate commercial terms, prices, contracts, and agreements with customers and distributors.

Coordinate with internal departments including Supply Chain, Production, Quality, Finance, and Logistics to ensure smooth order execution.

Monitor export orders from order confirmation through delivery and ensure customer satisfaction.

Resolve customer issues and complaints in coordination with relevant internal departments.

Monitor sales performance and take necessary actions to achieve growth and profitability targets.

Represent the company in international exhibitions, trade fairs, and business meetings when required.

Ensure compliance with export regulations, company policies, and international market requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, Commerce , or a related field.

Minimum 6-10 years of experience in Export Sales or International Business Development .

Previous experience in the Food & FMCG industry is a must .

Proven experience in managing export markets and developing new international business opportunities.

Strong knowledge of international sales, export procedures, and market development.

Experience dealing with international customers, distributors, and agents.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.

Excellent command of English , both written and spoken.

Knowledge of additional languages is considered an advantage.

Ability to travel internationally when required.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office , especially Excel and PowerPoint.
