Automation Maintenance Engineer

Maintain and troubleshoot PLC, HMI, SCADA, DCS, VFD, servo drives, and control panels .

Diagnose automation faults and restore equipment operation with minimum downtime.

Modify and optimize PLC programs and HMI screens when required.

Maintain industrial communication networks such as Profibus, Profinet, Modbus, Ethernet/IP , etc.

Ensure proper operation of sensors, transmitters, control valves, actuators, and instrumentation.

Develop and execute preventive maintenance plans for automation equipment.

Perform regular inspection and testing of PLC panels, control systems, instruments, and field devices.

Analyze recurring failures and implement corrective actions.

Maintain accurate maintenance records and equipment history.

Participate in predictive maintenance activities and condition monitoring

Respond quickly to production breakdowns and identify root causes.

Troubleshoot electrical and automation problems using appropriate diagnostic tools.

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering Or Mechatronics Engineering,

2–5 years of experience in industrial automation maintenance.

Experience in manufacturing, food & beverage, chemicals, starch/glucose, FMCG, or process industries is preferred.
