*Job Summary*

Join our dynamic agricultural team as a Farm Machinery Operator!

Pay rate: $19.20 per hour; bonus eligable

*Main Duties: *

• Operate, maintain and clean farm equipment: compost blending, filling, casing, spawning, etc.
• Operate, maintain and clean materials handling machinery such as tractors, forklifts and front end loaders
• Operate all cleaning equipment and repairing tools.
• Inspect Machine and tools daily and report any deviations.
• Clean work areas.
• Complete all necessary paperwork.
• Check compost consistency and report changes to Supervisor.
• Scan and prepare products to the market.
• Repair and build wooden trays.
• Follow all Health and Safety requirements.
• Work in Farm Operations area as assigned.
• Other associated duties.

*Qualifications:*

• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Safety conscious; ability to follow Health, Safety and Hygiene standards in accordance with Company rules and regulations.
• Capable of crouching, reaching, stretching and standing for long periods comfortably, performing repetitive motion.
• Ability to lift up to 50 Lbs.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts.
