Technical Assembly Worker

Who is Momo? Momo Medical is a fast-growing and ambitious scale-up in Delft, focused on tackling one of the greatest societal challenges: the future of (elderly) care. In the next 10 years, the demand for care will double, while 30% of current healthcare workers will retire. With our innovative solutions, we want to both reduce the pressure on healthcare workers and improve the quality of care. In short: creating more job satisfaction for healthcare workers and simultaneously increasing the quality of life for residents in nursing homes.

The most valuable aspects of this role 🚀 You assemble all kinds of sensors, so we can always deliver to nursing homes at home and abroad. 💙 You contribute directly to better care for nursing home residents and reduce the workload for healthcare workers. 🔥 Salary between €2800 - €3500 (based on 40 hours), pension scheme, Thursday pizza night, Friday afternoon drinks, team activities, travel allowance, and growth opportunities based on your ambitions. 📌 You work 5 days a week at our office in Delft, together with motivated and energetic colleagues.

These are your responsibilities Within the production team, you ensure there is always sufficient stock of all the different products we deliver to healthcare organizations. This way, healthcare workers can rely on always having the right products. Additionally, you work weekly on improving our production processes. Optimizing and making all current production processes scalable so that we can double in numbers every year.

32-40 hours p/w, depending on your preference.

Gross salary of €2800-3500 (based on 40 hours), depending on experience and qualifications, and 8% holiday allowance.
