IT Executive

Job Responsibilities Provide technical support to hotel colleagues and guests, troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues. Install, configure, monitor and maintain IT systems, equipment and applications. Ensure the smooth daily operation of the hotel's IT infrastructure and promptly resolve technical issues. Provide administrative support, including IT documentation, record keeping, reporting and asset inventory management. Coordinate with IT vendors, contractors and service providers. Ensure compliance with IT security policies, conduct risk assessments and identify potential vulnerabilities. Participate in IT projects and initiatives. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, operating systems and networking. Experience in IT troubleshooting, technical support and problem-solving. Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to support both colleagues and hotel guests. Good organisational and administrative skills, with attention to details Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced hotel environment.
