SENIOR MANAGER PRIVATE EQUITY (M/F)

MOMENTI, Recruitment and Headhunting Firm, is searching on behalf of its client, an accounting firm, for a Senior Manager in Private Equity (M/F) for a permanent position (CDI). You will hold a central position in managing missions, supporting clients, and developing the Private Equity business activity. You will work with top-tier clients on various issues, ranging from accounting outsourcing and financial reporting to transaction support and structuring operations.

Your main responsibilities ?? Lead high value-added missions

• Supervise a portfolio of Private Equity clients: funds, management companies, holdings, and investment vehicles
• Lead complex missions involving audit, financial reporting, and production of annual accounts
• Support clients in the structuring and implementation of their operations
• Provide your expertise on accounting, financial, and operational issues
• Ensure monitoring of regulatory and technical developments in the sector?? Be a true strategic partner to clients
• Intervene in structuring operations: acquisitions, restructurings, disposals, etc.
• Be the preferred interlocutor for key decision-makers: CFO, General Partners, investment teams, and executives
• Identify challenges and propose solutions adapted to the problems encountered?? Manage and develop teams
• Supervise and support the teams working on missions
• Organize work and guarantee compliance with deadlines and the quality of deliverables
• Develop the skills and autonomy of employees
• Actively participate in the structuring and scaling up of the team?? Contribute to business development
• Develop relationships with existing clients
• Identify new business opportunities and participate in their realization
• Participate in tenders and client presentations?? Drive economic performance
• Ensure budget monitoring and mission profitability
• Participate in pricing, invoicing, and monitoring of work in progress
• Contribute to the definition of engagement letters and portfolio management

You have significant experience in an accounting, audit, or consulting firm, ideally acquired in the Private Equity or Asset Management universe. You are:

• A qualified Chartered Accountant (Expert-Comptable) or currently in training (mémorialiste / stagiaire), or holder of higher education such as DSCG, Master CCA, or equivalent
• Strong with at least 8 years of experience in a firm
• Specialized in or particularly interested in Private Equity / Asset Management
• Comfortable with the chart of accounts applicable to investment vehicles and OPCC
• Familiar with fund taxation issues, AIFM regulation, structuring, and reporting
• Comfortable in an international environment and able to work in fluent English
