CONSOLIDATION MANAGER (M/F)

MOMENTI, Recruitment and Headhunting Firm, is searching on behalf of its client, an accounting firm, for a Consolidation Manager in a CDI (permanent contract). The position is based in Paris.

Your main missions:

• Preparation of consolidated financial statements (IFRS, French standards) - IFRS conversion and IFRS accounting issues
• Improvement of group processes for the preparation of consolidated data
• Support in the context of preparing consolidated accounts (occasional assistance or outsourcing of the entire process). - Definition and improvement of clients' consolidation processes. - Implementation and reliability of consolidated tax reporting (tax accounting, deferred tax and group tax analysis). - Advisory on processes and preparation of historical consolidated data (notably during events such as the acquisition of a sub-group, a change in shareholding or a market operation). - Participation in IFRS conversion projects (or others). - Conducting technical consultations, design, and facilitation of training sessions. - Supervision of junior consultant teams

With a Master's degree (bac + 5), you possess at least 3 years of experience in the operational practice of the Consolidation profession acquired in a consulting firm or in a management position within a group's Consolidation department. This experience has allowed you to develop an in-depth knowledge of consolidation techniques, French and international accounting standards (IFRS) and the organization of consolidated reporting processes. Your English is operational for intervening in an international context.
