ACCOUNTING EXPERTISE MANAGER - OPERATIONAL ASSISTANCE & PROJECTS (M/F)

MOMENTI, Recruitment and Headhunting Firm, is searching on behalf of its client, a firm, for an Accounting Expertise & Transformation Projects Manager (M/F) in a permanent contract (CDI). Our client, an internationally renowned accounting firm, supports a diverse clientele composed of PME, ETI, and French and international groups. Joining our client means joining an accounting and audit firm that is looking for people who wish to progress within a firm and who will be able to integrate sustainably within their teams.

Reporting to the Partners, you will work on a varied client portfolio and play a key role in the development of the firm's missions. In this capacity, you will be required to:

• Manage, support, and develop the skills of a team of collaborators and mission leaders.
• Drive the organization of missions, the planning of work, as well as the monitoring of their profitability.
• Supervise, review, and validate accounting work up to the preparation of annual accounts and tax returns.
• Be the primary contact for your clients and support them with their accounting, tax, and organizational issues.
• Develop and lead high value-added missions around transformation projects, notably:
• implementation of electronic invoicing;
• outsourcing of accounting and tax functions;
• deployment of dematerialization tools;
• migration of accounting and financial software;
• change management and process optimization.
• Participate in the development of the firm's new offerings by proposing solutions adapted to your clients' challenges.
• Work with a clientele composed of PME, ETI, and French and international groups operating in various business sectors.

With a higher education background in accounting (DSCG, Master CCA or equivalent), you have at least 7 years of experience in an accounting firm, with significant experience in team management. You possess solid technical skills in accounting and taxation and have already participated in or led transformation projects for your clients. You notably possess experience in several of the following areas:

• electronic invoicing;
• accounting and tax outsourcing;
• dematerialization of processes;
• software migration;
• client project management. Professional proficiency in English is indispensable in order to communicate with an international clientele.

You are recognized for your interpersonal skills, your leadership, your sense of customer service, as well as your ability to unite teams and support change. Experience with Business Intelligence tools, Data, automation, or artificial intelligence applied to the finance function will be a real asset.
