CONSTRUCTION ACCOUNTANT - PARIS (M/F)

MOMENTI, a Recruitment Firm specializing in technical professions, is searching on behalf of its client for a specialized Construction Accountant (M/F) in a permanent contract (CDI). Our client is a family-owned company recognized in the construction sector, working on large-scale projects in France and internationally. As part of its development, it is looking for a General Accountant to strengthen its administrative and financial team. Reporting to the Administrative and Financial Manager, you will ensure the daily accounting management of the company while participating in various administrative missions essential to the smooth running of the structure. In this capacity, your main missions are as follows:

• Ensure the maintenance of general accounting: entry of accounting transactions, monitoring of customer and supplier accounts, banks, and fixed assets;
• Perform bank reconciliations and participate in cash flow monitoring;
• Perform account matching, checking, and justification;
• Prepare supplier payments and ensure the monitoring of customer collections;
• Prepare routine tax returns, notably VAT returns;
• Participate in monthly and annual closings: inventory entries, provisions, review, and analysis of accounts;
• Contribute to the preparation of elements necessary for the establishment of annual accounts;
• Ensure the administrative follow-up of certain files: document management, filing, archiving, and updating databases;
• Participate in the administrative monitoring of construction sites and the management of contractual documents;
• Collaborate with the various departments of the company and external partners to guarantee the reliability of financial and administrative information;

• Coming from higher education in accounting (BTS CG, DCG, DSCG or equivalent), you have proven successful experience in a similar position.
• Experience in the construction sector, engineering, or in a multi-company environment is a real asset.
• You master the principles of general accounting and routine taxation.
• You are recognized for your rigor, autonomy, and analytical skills.
• You enjoy dynamic environments and interacting with various stakeholders.
• Proficiency in professional English is necessary for exchanges with certain entities of the group.
