BILINGUAL ENGLISH / IBS ACCOUNTING MANAGER - PARIS 8 (M/F)

MOMENTI, Recruitment and Headhunting Firm, is searching on behalf of its client, an accounting firm, for a Bilingual English / IBS Pole Accounting Manager for a CDI position. What you will do:

• Supervise and manage a team of accounting staff
• Guarantee the quality and compliance of the accounting work performed
• Manage a diverse client portfolio, including international clients, and develop solutions tailored to their needs
• Participate in the preparation of annual accounts and the production of tax returns
• Analyze clients' financial performance and propose strategic recommendations
• Ensure daily client relationships, acting as the primary contact and supporting your clients in an advisory role
• Lead review meetings and present annual accounts to clients
• Interact with an international clientele and use English in a professional context (written and oral exchanges)

What we are looking for in you, as an Accounting Manager:

• Degree in accounting (DCG, DSCG or equivalent) and significant experience in a firm.
• Leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to unite a team.
• Rigor, autonomy, and initiative in your work.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Interest in digital tools and innovative solutions in accounting.
• Proficiency in professional English, allowing interaction with an international clientele (written and oral).
