EXPORT TRANSIT AGENT (M/F)

MOMENTI, Recruitment and Headhunting Firm, is searching on behalf of its client, for a permanent contract (CDI), an Export Transit Agent. Our client? A solid, dynamic, and recognized French company in the international transport sector. It combines logistical know-how and operational excellence, in a professional yet friendly atmosphere. An ideal setting for profiles wishing to evolve in a structured and human environment.

Your missions:

• Ensure the complete management of export files from A to Z.
• Organize transport in connection with various service providers: shipping lines, airlines, customs, etc.
• Establish and verify the documents necessary for shipment: BL, LTA, certificates, invoices, etc.
• Be in regular contact with clients, inform them about the tracking of their shipments, and respond to their needs with reactivity.
• Ensure coordination with internal departments: customs, billing, operations.
• Guarantee the regulatory compliance of operations: incoterms, customs legislation, security of goods, etc.
• Manage unforeseen events with composure and a sense of priorities.

The person we are looking for:

• Has a successful first experience in a similar position in export transit, ideally in an international environment.
• Masters transport documents and formalities related to export.
• Has a sense of service, rigor, and good organizational skills.
• Is comfortable with IT tools and also capable of managing several files simultaneously.
• A good level of English is required (oral and written) for regular international exchanges.

What our client offers you:

• Attractive remuneration between 28,000 EUR and 36,000 EUR gross annual, depending on your experience in a similar position.
