Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to manage incoming calls and inquiries. In this role, you will assess customer needs, resolve issues efficiently, and deliver best-in-class service related to order status, returns, and product inquiries.

Your tasks

• Act as the first point of contact by attending inbound calls promptly and professionally.
• Communicate with external and internal customers to ensure on-time order delivery.
• Accurately take and enter sales orders with a high attention to detail.
• Assist customers, sales representatives, and team members with inquiries, complex issues, and requests.
• Research and process return authorizations and credits.
• Provide accurate and timely responses to customer communications via phone or chat.

Requirements

• English: Business fluent or native proficiency.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center or customer support role.
• Strong computer skills; ERP and CRM experience is an advantage.
• Effective communication skills, including the ability to interact with company executives.
• Team-oriented, proactive mindset, and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and work independently with minimal supervision.
