Staff Fashion Designer

Job Descriptions:

• Develop and oversee seasonal collections, from concept development, mood boards, sketching, fabric selection, and design refinement to final product.
• Identify market trends and consumer preferences to develop commercially relevant womenswear and menswear collections.
• Source and evaluate fabrics, materials, and suppliers to ensure quality, design requirements, and product feasibility.
• Oversee the sampling and production process, evaluate prototypes, and provide design direction to ensure the final products meet quality and design standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams (ex: Production, Creative, and Marketing), as well as external partners and vendors, to ensure smooth execution of collections.
• Provide design direction, styling, and USP recommendations to support product development and the overall fashion direction of the brands.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in the fashion retail industry.
• Strong knowledge of fashion trends, market insights, and consumer preferences.
• Strong communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Pattern Making, and Sewing.
• Creative, passionate, and enthusiastic about fashion design.
