We are now seeking passionate and ambitious Management Trainee (Future Store Manager) to join our Singapore team.
The program aims to develop future Store Manager and Operations Leader who will play a vital role in driving us growth and operational excellence worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Assist in daily store operations, including team leadership and customer service management.
- Supervise product quality, hygiene, and inventory to ensure smooth and efficient store operations.
- Handle customer feedback promptly and support in implementing promotional campaigns.
- Conduct basic sales and performance analysis to improve store efficiency.
- Manage manpower allocation, control operating costs, and support profitability growth.
- Comply with company’s store deployment and scheduling arrangements as needed.
Requirements
- Diploma or above in Hospitality, Business, Management, or related fields.
- Preferably 2–4 years of experience in F&B or retail management; exceptional candidates without prior industry experience are also welcome to apply.
- Strong sense of responsibility, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to adapt quickly and perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to travel for overseas training and work with multicultural teams.
- Positive working attitude, teamwork spirit, and good communication skills.
