Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Product Design Engineering, or related fields. 5+ years of experience in Product Development, NPI, Manufacturing Engineering, or related roles. Hands-on experience with production launch, factory transfer, or ramp-up projects. Knowledge of DFM/DFA, GD&T, DOE, FACA/8D, NPI processes, and engineering documentation.
