PRIMARY PURPOSE

Lead and coordinate cross-functional engineering activities for new-product development, product transfer, launch, and mass-production ramp-up from the early phase through stable MP operation. The role also owns factory layout planning for assigned projects, ensuring effective space utilization, material flow, workstation arrangement, safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance.

Requirements

Education

University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

Experience

At least 5 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in Product Engineering, Production Engineering, Process Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or project leadership, with hands-on exposure to new-product launch or product-transfer processes.
