E Commerce Specialist

We are looking for a motivated E-Commerce Specialist to join our team and take ownership of our online sales channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and update products across e-commerce platforms.

Upload product information, descriptions, prices, photos, and stock availability.

Monitor online orders and ensure smooth order processing.

Coordinate with the warehouse, sales, and customer service teams.

Monitor online sales performance and prepare regular reports.

Follow up on customer orders, returns, and complaints.

Analyze sales data and identify opportunities to improve online sales.

Ensure accurate and attractive product presentation across all platforms.

Support promotions, offers, and online campaigns.

Requirements:

1–3 years of experience in E-commerce or a related role.

Good knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces.

Strong Excel and data analysis skills.

Good communication and organizational skills.

Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Good command of English.

Experience with Odoo is a plus.
