Key Responsibilities: Drive Human Resources Management initiatives that align with our organizational goals. Lead the Recruitment and Onboarding process to secure and integrate top-tier talent. Foster healthy Employee Relations by acting as a trusted advisor and mediator. Ensure seamless HR Policy Implementation and maintain rigorous Personnel records. Manage Payroll Accounting and benefits administration with high precision. Support Organizational Development (OD) projects to enhance team efficiency and morale. Education: A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Experience: 2-4 years of professional experience in HR, specifically at an Experienced career level. Technical Skills: Proven expertise in Human Resources Management , Payroll Accounting , and Personnel management. Operational Excellence: Strong background in Recruitment and Onboarding and HR Policy Implementation . Strategic Capabilities: Demonstrated knowledge of Organizational Development (OD) and Employee Relations . Essential Soft Skills: Exceptional Organizational Skills , Conflict Resolution abilities, and a deep understanding of Labor Law Compliance . Location: Must be able to work On-site in Sharqia, Egypt .
