About the company

At MODU, we design modular building toys developed with a focus on active play and great design. Right now, we are looking for a structured and service-minded part-time colleague or student assistant to help us support our customers during busy peak periods and ensure smooth B2B order logistics — acting as the vital link between our Customer Care, Sales, and Logistics teams.

Your tasks

  • Assist our Customer Care team during busy peak periods by answering inquiries from customers across Europe via email and chat
  • Process, coordinate, and track B2B orders to ensure timely and accurate deliveries to our retail partners
  • Act as the daily bridge between Customer Care, Sales, and our external warehouse/logistics partners
  • Proactively follow up on shipments, resolve delivery issues, and handle claims or missing items
  • Keep order systems and customer data updated and organized

Requirements

  • Are naturally structured, detail-oriented, and great at keeping a cool head during busy periods
  • Love solving problems and take pride in following tasks all the way to the finish line
  • Can work independently and stay connected with the team, whether you are at the office or working from home
  • Communicate effortlessly and professionally in English (written and spoken)—additional European languages like Danish, German, or French are a big plus
  • Experience with Shopify and CRM systems are a plus
  • Are looking for a flexible part-time job alongside your studies or other commitments (experience from customer support or coordination is a plus, but not a requirement)
