Foregin Markets Operations Coordinator M/W/X

Your scope of work:

• Coordinating operational processes in stores on the Belgium market
• Collaboration with contractors providing services to Belgium stores
• Support in acquiring new contractors
• New store openings
• Creating regulations and operational documents for the French market
• Invoice approvals for the Belgium market
• Language support for departments

Our expectations:

• Minimum one year of experience in a similar position - retail industry experience welcome
• Fluent in English (French and/or Dutch is a strong advantage), Polish nice to have
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel (essential)
• Very good organizational and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a dynamic, fast-growing environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to cooperate with internal departments and external contractors
• Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
• Availability to work on-site
