Commercial Executive - Full Time

Main responsibilities

• Identify and develop business opportunities with public and private entities.
• Manage the commercial cycle, from prospecting to the closing of the sale.
• Follow up on public procurement processes through SEACE.
• Prepare and manage quotes, commercial proposals, and documentation required for bidding processes.
• Coordinate with internal areas to ensure efficient customer service.
• Maintain constant communication with clients and suppliers.
• Meet the commercial objectives established by the company.
• Keep commercial information and opportunity tracking up to date.

Requirements

• Completed technical or university studies in Administration, Industrial Engineering, International Business, or related careers.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales to the State or in public procurement processes.
• Knowledge of SEACE and public bidding processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer orientation skills.
• Ability to work under objectives and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
