Roles & responsibilities

Company: Modern Plastic Industry L.L.C. (MPI) | Group: Al Shirawi Group

Location: Dubai Investment Park (DIP), Dubai, UAE

Industry: Plastic Manufacturing (Pipes & Fittings)

Working pattern: Rotating shifts (day & night shift)

Role summary

Provides operational and physical support in raw material feeding, finished goods movement, loading/unloading, and warehouse management under a rotating 24/7 shift schedule.

Key responsibilities

Shift operations & handling: Execute loading/unloading of local trucks and containers; handle and stack PVC/CPVC/PP pipes; feed raw materials to production lines.

Inventory control: Perform daily cycle counts, maintain 5S bin organization, and ensure proper tagging/labeling of materials.

Shift handover & systems: Conduct thorough shift handovers, log receipts/dispatches, and enter material entries into SAP/Oracle ERP.

HSE compliance: Adhere to PPE guidelines, operate material handling equipment safely, and keep aisles clear.

Desired candidate profile

Experience: Freshers with relevant qualifications or up to 2 years of experience in storekeeping/logistics within a manufacturing background.

Education: Bachelor's degree or diploma in supply chain management, logistics, or related field.

Technical skills: Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP or Oracle) and basic computer literacy (MS Excel).

Shift capability: Explicit willingness and fitness to work rotating day & night shifts.

Preferred: Basic English and Hindi/Urdu communication.

Key performance indicators (KPIs)

100% on-time dispatch execution during assigned shift.

Zero production downtime caused by delayed raw material feeding.

100% inventory accuracy during shift handovers.
