Sales Designer

???? Manage the full sales cycle with showroom clients, from initial consultation to closing ???? Prepare and present technical proposals, layouts, and shop drawings tailored to client needs ???? Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets ???? Coordinate with the design and production teams to ensure accurate execution of client orders ???? Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals ???? Stay updated on materials, finishes, and design trends in kitchens and dressing rooms ???? Negotiate pricing and terms in line with company policy

Qualifications: ???? Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field ???? 3–5 years of experience in kitchen, furniture, or interior decoration sales ???? Strong technical background with proven shop drawing skills ???? Proficiency in SketchUp or 3ds Max ???? Excellent negotiation and closing skills ???? Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach ???? Solid understanding of kitchen and dressing room materials, finishes, and design standards ???? Ability to work on-site at the showroom and manage a full sales pipeline independently
