Executive, Operations (Events, Exhibitions, Conferences)
Responsibilities
Assist sales teams in implementing projects on-site
Source for quotes on procurement of required materials
Cost negotiation with suppliers
Liaise with clients for required materials (i.e. artwork)
Monitor and coordinate with suppliers on work specifications and clients’ requirements
Conduct checks on fabrication quality for pre-site arrangement
On-site client servicing and supervision of suppliers
Assist department in any other matters when necessary
Requirements
Relevant experience in the exhibition/construction/interior industries will be an added advantage
Able to read site drawings is a must
Passionate, dedicated, detailed & perfectionist
Self-motivated and able to work independently and as a team
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Well versed with Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite
Able to multi-task, manage various projects and deliver high quality work
Overseas travel may be required
Minimum 2 years’ experience in relevant trade.
