We are looking for a professional to act as the HR representative to MdB employees and managers for our Santos/SP base, providing support to the company's business as an agent of integration, counseling, communication, and department strategy, being the HR representative at the forefront of the area. Our work regime is hybrid, 4 days on-site and 1 day home office, with the need for sporadic offshore trips of up to 5 days (on average) according to the service schedule of the offshore units. Advanced/fluent English is essential as we deal with expatriate stakeholders.
Responsibilities and assignments
To perform functions such as:
- Ensure daily controls regarding the workforce, providing monthly performance reports and status control of employees allocated to operations and departments in alignment with operations management and OIMs (Offshore). - Provide the necessary support to the Recruitment area regarding profile mapping, manpower needs, and mobilization timing in conjunction with the company's activities.
- Identify manpower needs, mobilizations, or organizational changes within the departments and operations you serve to establish movement or recruitment strategies together with the internal HR areas.
- Act as support to areas as an advisor and reviewer in Disciplinary Action processes, ensuring that their application follows the necessary standards to be in Compliance with internal policies and local legislation.
- Ensure that the approval flow for new hires is completed within the deadline, as well as confirming that all documentation necessary for hiring is in accordance with MdB's internal policies as well as local legislation.
- Support management and leadership in disseminating culture, mapping, applying, and following up on annual performance evaluations of the MdB workforce.
- Provide the necessary HR support in actions involving Emergency Response, Crisis Rooms, and Employee Support (Relative Response) regarding events arising from operations, offices, or corporate.
- Support the Compensation area so that job descriptions are updated according to business needs as well as policies, and other documentation/files for the onshore workforce and offshore crew.
- Act with other areas providing support to audits from MT, MPT, or other bodies involving labor matters, both onshore and offshore.
- Keep employees informed about policies (onshore and offshore) involving Human Resources, as well as providing the necessary information for the induction of new employees.
- Offshore – establish sporadic trips to be close to the business/operations as well as interacting with the offshore crew and leadership in order to reinforce the HR presence at the units.

- Provide the necessary support to the Communication area in actions within the organization (Onshore and Offshore) regarding internal communication campaigns.
Requirements and qualifications
Requirements:
- Completed degree (Bachelor in Business Administration / Psychology / Engineering or related fields);
- Generalist experience in HR;
- Desirable experience as a BP.
- Advanced English.
- Desirable knowledge of the O&G market.
